Exchange of experience

In the framework of the project on exchange of experience in best management practices and promotion of lean  of production between the enterprises of the Omsk region implemented with the support of the Omsk chamber of Commerce and industry, managers and chief specialists of leading enterprises of Omsk visited the Federal state unitary enterprise "Omsk experimental plant". Dmitry Golovanov, Director of the plant, introduced the participants of the event to the technologies of production of agricultural machinery, directions of introduction of elements of lean production and novelties of the plant's products.
